Development/Enrichment

This is an 8-week specialized tutoring program for students who need to learn at a higher level than in a typical classroom. It creates opportunities for students who may need an extra challenge to stay engaged and interested in learning

Leadership Training

This 6- session course will help, even the youngest student, learn what management works well with her personality, as well as empowers them to understand what it takes to manage successfully, confidently, and effectively. 

 Coaching/Mentoring

This semester-driven program will provide individualized and/or group training with the purpose of transforming the behavior of the participants to be more insightful, goal-oriented, and lasting changes.  

Anti-Bullying  

A quarterly course that will identify specific anti-bullying tactics to help the schools, parents, and students understand the fundamentals of bullying behavior. it will also provide protection for vulnerable students.

Jobs/Careers  

UIY will serve as a link between the girls, inviting professional people to communicate with the young girls about various career options to identify what interests them. There are several pathways that lead to further study, professions, and occupations. ( Higher education) Vocational education and training) VET.
